Selected work

Software we built, shipped and kept running.

A social platform with half a million people online at once, a marketplace moving money every day, and systems local businesses run on. Keeping them up taught us how to change a codebase without breaking what people depend on.

Different domains, same job: ship changes without breaking anything for the people using them. We bring that standard to your codebase.

  • Tofu: social gaming platform

We founded a social gaming company and grew it to seven-figure annual revenue without outside funding. We built the real-time platform behind it, which held more than 500,000 concurrent users across six continents with retention well above the category average, and led a team of 50+ across engineering, product, design and community.

    • 500K+ concurrent users
    • 6 continents
    • 7-figure ARR, bootstrapped
    • 50+ person team
    • Above-average retention
  • KaruMart: marketplace inside Discord

We built and ran a marketplace bot that handled thousands of dollars in transactions every day for tens of thousands of users. We owned the whole stack, from the transaction engine and escrow to listings and trust, and kept it reliable with many people trading at once.

    • Thousands of dollars a day
    • Tens of thousands of users
    • Escrow and trust
    • Full-stack ownership
  • Point of sale, built to spec

Local businesses were working around off-the-shelf tills that didn't fit how they ran. We built them a point-of-sale system to their specification, covering sales, transaction history, end-of-day summaries, custom receipts, income reporting and menu management.

    • Built to client spec
    • Full transaction lifecycle
    • Custom receipts
    • Income overview
    • Menu management
  • BaneBot: problem-solving tools in Discord

We built a set of tools that run our own analysis algorithms to help users solve complex, structured problems without leaving Discord. It stayed reliable with many requests arriving at once, and the interface stayed simple, so users never had to deal with the complexity behind it.

    • In-house algorithms
    • Concurrent requests
    • Simple interface
    • Runs in Discord

Want the people who built these working in your codebase?

We spend six to twelve weeks inside your team, set up agents in your repositories and pipelines, then hand everything over. Support afterwards is optional, and you can end it whenever you like.
